Our Parent Portal gives you access to your enrolment and payment information.  You may log in at anytime to update payment and contact info, view your enrolled classes, or review your account.

Term 3 Dates

Monday 15th of July – classes begin

Friday 6th of September – Annual choreography competition

Saturday 21st of September – last day of classes

Term 4 Dates

Monday 7th of October – classes begin

Tuesday 5th of November – No classes due to Melbourne Cup day

Monday 18th to Saturday 23rd of November – Dress rehearsal in the studio

Thursday 5th of December – Last day of classes for the year

Friday 6th of December – Stage rehearsal

Saturday 7th of December – Concert Day

Monday 9th of December – Christmas party

Re-enrolment for 2020

Monday 25th November to 1st of December – Priority enrolment into the same class

Monday 2nd of December to Sunday 8th of December – Priority change of classes week

Monday 9th of December – New enrolments open online

Change of details

Moved house and need to update your details?  Log into our secure customer portal here, select the ‘my account’ tab and change any details that need updating.  From here you can also update emergency contact information, view your class schedule and account details.

How do I change my account details?

Log into our secure customer portal here, select the ‘my account’ tab, select your preferred payment method.  Next to credit card information select ‘edit’, below bank account select ‘change’, be sure to save your changes.  From here you can also view your fees and payments, pay any outstanding amounts and register for classes.

I would like to change classes

Please give us a call or email us to discuss the reason for the change and if there is availability we will happily move you to your preferred class day and time.

I would like to cancel my enrolment

We want to make sure we get this right for you.  If you wish to withdraw from a class we will need you to put this in writing for us via email before the 28th of the month to be effective before the next debit cycle.  We will confirm with you in writing when we have processed your cancellation.
