Class structure
Classes on offer include the opportunity to expose students to a number of different movement styles throughout the year. Depending on their age the class will include some of the following styles.
Hip-Hip:
Popular dance performed to current RnB and hip hop music, as seen in film clips.
Jazz:
Originated from Africa this style has evolved to become popular and is energetic incorporating technical and choreographed steps.
Ballet:
Awesome Dancer teaches an expressive form of classical dance performed to more current music.
Contemporary:
Derived from classical dance this style is performed to more upbeat music with more freely flowing body movement.
